What exactly does "on time or free" mean?+
Before anything starts we tell you exactly when your first video lands and when the rest will be ready. If we miss a day we agreed on, that video is free — and it’s still yours to post.
How fast until the first video is live?+
Scripts land within 48 hours of kickoff and the first finished video is typically delivered inside the first week. After that it settles into a steady weekly rhythm.
Do you need access to our server?+
Only if you want fresh in-game b-roll. In that case we ask for a media rank for the one team member who records on your server — nothing else, and nothing that touches your world.
What about revisions?+
Every video includes one round of revisions, turned around within 24 hours. Revision requests never push the rest of the month's delivery dates.
Who owns the content?+
You do, entirely. Scripts, project files, footage and accounts stay yours — including after you cancel.
